Digital Card Application
Due to the Bertha Bartlett Public Library being closed to the public, we are now offering people the opportunity to sign up for a digital library card.
A digital library card will work as a temporary, three-month card that will allow you to use our digital materials – eBooks, eAudiobooks, streaming services, databases, and other resources.
Once the card expires, digital cardholders will need to come to the library with a photo ID and proof of address and get a new physical card.
How it works:
Fill out the form below. A Bertha Bartlett Public Library representative will reach out via email in the next two business days with instructions on how to start using your card.
NOTE: If you already have a Bertha Bartlett Public Library card, you do not need a digital card to access digital materials. This is a new way for people to sign up for a library card without being present in a building.
