Weekly Storytime Programs*

Preschool

Monday or Thursday, 10:30 a.m.

For children in preschool, 2 to 6 years old. Led by Julia Humphrey, Children's Librarian.

K.O.O.L.

School-Age Program

KOOL (Kids Of Our Library)  - Wednesdays at 4 p.m. (no meeting on early-out days)

For children in Kindergarten through 4th grade. We will explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathmatics) activities, try LEGO challenges and learn about the books in our library. Led by Julia Humphrey.

KOOL Early-Outs

R-S Wednesday Early-Out Days, 2:30 pm

For children in Kindergarten through 4th grade. We'll have special programs about all kinds of topics from birds to bees, from seasons to sports. Led by Julia Humphrey.

 

*Weather Policy: If Roland-Story Schools have a late start due to weather, morning programming at the library is canceled. If Roland-Story Schools have an early-out due to weather, afternoon programming at the library is canceled. If school is canceled for the day, all programming at the library is also canceled.


Storytime Express

An in-home storytime program for registered day cares in the Story City areas. Storytime Express does not meet during the summer. Please contact Julia Humphrey at 515-733-2685 for more information.
